You’re most likely to find Colin hiking, running, road cycling…. just about anything endurance-based. These days, he’s also all about sharing his love for the outdoors with his two kids.
Colin brings over 20 years of retail sales and purchasing experience to the team.

Michael just wants to get outside and explore. Growing up in Canmore gave him access to an amazing playground right out his front door and gave him the opportunity to develop his passion for outdoor activities. Whether it’s skiing, biking, canoeing, climbing or backpacking if it gets him outside he’s into it. Michael started skiing at age 2 and raced competitively up to the Canadian National Alpine Ski Team. He now brings those skills to the backcountry, looking for that next untouched line.
His outdoor background, hands on knowledge and experience ensures a solid understanding of our partner’s products and vision. Michael will bring a youthful exuberance and stoke to the team.

Alex moved to British Columbia from Quebec four years ago so that he could live and work in the mountains. He loves the outdoor recreation opportunities that the Sea to Sky Corridor provides and the community of active people that he has found here. In his free time, you’ll find him exploring his new backyard on a bike, skis, or two feet.
Alex has worked in the cycling industry for over a decade, and has a sound understanding of Mountain Exposure’s brands. His experience and technical knowledge make him a valuable asset to our team and your business.

Ashley grew up in a small, central Alberta town gravel riding country roads before gravel riding was a thing. She came to Calgary temporarily for university- over 15 years ago. Obsessed with all bikes, her true passion is mountain biking. When she’s not on the trail or planning her next ride, she’s reading, volunteering with MMBTS, learning to fix her bike, or dragging her kids to the mountains for a ride or a hike.
Ashley is a not-so-secret nerd who loves numbers, data, technology, and systems. After 10+ years in the engineering world, she’s excited to use her nerdery to help Mountain Exposure develop and streamline their processes and technologies.

Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. Mitch loves what his home province has to offer, from riding wide
open gravel roads in the Badlands, great mountain bike trails in the Rockies and fantastic hiking,
camping and paddling in our Provincial and National parks.
Mitch brings plenty of technical knowledge and experience to the bike side of our business from his days
working as a bike service tech. He is now one of our contacts for dealers and is stoked on getting bikes,
parts and accessories to our dealers across the country.

Gareth started cross country ski racing at the age of 5 and worked his way up to the Canada’s National Ski Team.
